All packages for the High Point Market have minimum stay requirements and restrictions. Package discounts are determined by advance purchase requirements  Make your reservations 90-45 days prior to arrival and receive up to 20% off the individual event rate.  Once you have selected a package below, please click on "CONTACT US" for that specific offer and  complete the reservations request form.  Once we receive your request for reservations, we will send an acknowledgement email to you with a Credit Card Authorization/Terms & Conditions attached. Please complete and return the signed Credit Card Authorization/Terms & Conditions by email to travelquestinc@aol.com or by faxing to (336) 434-5329.  If you prefer to speak with one of our consultants to make your reservations, please call our office at (336) 434-3867 or email us at travelquestinc@aol.com and we will call you. If you would like assistance with rental car and/or airline reservations, please note on your reservation request or call our office and we will be happy to assist you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: A deposit of $215 per room (3 night packages) $225 per room (4 or more nights packages) + airfare(if added to package) is required at time of reservations. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund for early checkout on each package offer. For any voluntary changes, a minimum change penalty of $30 per room will apply + a minimum of $150 per airline ticket plus any additional fare collection by the airline due to changes. For voluntary cancellations once payment is received, airfare is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please read the terms and conditions listed with each package carefully.  We recommend Travel Insurance which can be purchased within 14 days after deposit is paid.

Packages include 3, 4, 5 or more nights accommodations at selected property, Onsite Market Concierge* at the High Point Market and other value added features. 

*Your onsite Market Concierge will be available to assist you while visiting High Point, NC with restaurant reservations, area attractions, shopping, market information, printing boarding passes for your return flight home, travel assistance and more.

ALL RATES LISTED ARE "TOTAL FOR ENTIRE STAY/PER ROOM", BASED ON SINGLE OR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. MORE THAN 2 ADULTS PER ROOM WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. TAX OF 10.75% - 13.75% PLUS PACKAGE FEE OF $15-$25 ARE ADDITIONAL.
